Refund Policy

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. Because our programs and PDFs are digital content supplied on a durable medium, your right to withdraw is waived once you start the download or access the content. This means:

• -Before you download or access the content: you can cancel your purchase for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed.
• -After you download or access the content: the 14-day withdrawal right is waived and the purchase is non-refundable, except as set out below.

If a technical problem on our side prevents you from downloading or accessing a program you paid for, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To request it, email us at support@athleticspulse.com with your order details and a short description of the problem.

Self and Coached subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@athleticspulse.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.

If a recurring charge fails due to a technical error on our side, we will correct it or refund the affected charge.

Email support@athleticspulse.com with your name, order reference, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
