Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all users of Athletics Pulse. By using the service you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. Users under 16 may use it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and coaches working with minors must have parental consent.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens through your account. One account is for one person; you may not share your account with others. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us immediately.

We offer three types of products:

• -(a) PDF programs. A one-time purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use the PDF for your own training. Each download link is limited to 10 downloads.
• -(b) Athlete Pro subscription. For EUR 29.99 / month you get access to all interactive programs in the athlete portal. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. You can cancel any time in Account > Billing. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no partial refunds for the current period.
• -(c) 1:1 Coaching. Coaching is offered by application and is governed by a separate agreement between you and the coach.

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content (such as PDF programs and interactive access) you agree that delivery starts immediately and, once the download or access begins, you acknowledge that you lose that 14-day withdrawal right.

If you have a technical problem that stops you from using what you bought, contact us by email within 14 days and we will review your case.

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you authorise Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown.

The training programs, videos, and content on Athletics Pulse are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any new training program, especially if you have a health condition.

Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort while training. You train at your own risk. The wellness and load "traffic lights" shown in the app are guidance only and do not replace professional judgement.

All programs, videos, PDFs, exercises, and other content on Athletics Pulse are owned by Athletics Pulse and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any content without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• -Share your account or login with others.
• -Scrape, copy, or extract data from the service using automated tools.
• -Abuse, harass, or threaten coaches, staff, or other users.
• -Send illegal, harmful, or offensive content through messages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athletics Pulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Cyprus or EU law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@athleticspulse.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus / EU. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
